how do i book an event with succulent bar?

does your team travel?

Typically our staff stays in the Greater Houston area, however we do have the ability to travel outside of that radius. Travel fees do apply in certain situations.

To accommodate our out-of-range events we have created a few packages such as our DIY package and virtual workshops in order to reach our far away friends. See our Succulent and Petal Bar services page for more information.

how do i take care of my new succulent?

How do i take care of my dried floral?

Our dried floral is preserved in its most perfect state and requires absolutely no care. For best results, be sure to keep your dried floral away from moisture and out of direct sun to preserve its color. Check out this blog post for more care instructions.

how long does dried floral last?

Our dried floral arrangements are made to last many years if taken care of properly. Dried florals are very delicate so be sure to handle with extreme care. For more information on how to keep your dried floral in the best possible condition read this blog post.

do you ship outside of the united states?

We cannot ship any of our live succulents or dried floral products out of the US. However, we CAN ship items that are not “living” outside of the US. For example, we have shipped faux (fake) air plants inside terra-cotta pots for customers.  

do you grow your own succulents or preserve your own flowers?

Rather than growing our own succulents and flowers we leave that part up to the experts so we can focus our time on creating a one of a kind experience for our customers. Instead, we hand pick our succulents from our trusted suppliers in order to ensure the best possible quality.

how long will it take for my package to arrive?

We pride ourselves on completing our orders in the most safe and efficient way possible. While we cannot guarantee shipping times, our orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and are shipped out from Houston, Texas. Shipping times depend on where the item is being shipped to. We typically ship our packages via USPS 1-4 day Priority Ground. Our larger event packages take longer to process, being that they require back and forth communication between Succulent Bar and the customer. These packages can take up to 2 weeks or more to process and tend to be shipped out via UPS. 

what if my succulent arrives damaged?

what types of succulents do you sell?

Succulent Bar sells all types of succulents. Please be aware that not every plant is the same, allow for variations in types and imperfections. Be sure to open your package as SOON as possible to ensure your plant continues to receive proper water & sunlight.

do you accept returns?

What if I have to cancel my event? 

At Succulent Bar we understand that life happens. Although we do not accept returns and/or refunds, we do work with you to find a solution that will make you happy. Each situation is treated on a case by case basis. 

can i book a private event at your shop?

At this time Succulent Bar is an online business only. We are in pursuit of a commercial spot so stay tuned for updates on that!
